Who this is for
Community screening events are a great fit for:
Churches & faith-based organizations
Senior centers & retirement communities
Community centers & nonprofits
HOAs & residential communities
Veterans groups & service organizations
If you serve adults — especially ages 40+ — this event delivers meaningful value.
What the host provides
Hosting requirements are minimal:
A room or hall with adequate
space and privacy
Access to power outlets
One point person for coordination and building access
Recommended turnout: 30–60 participants. Minimum recommended: 20 participants (location-dependent)
You provide the space. We bring the clinical team, equipment, and screening flow.
Why host a community screening?
Many serious health conditions develop silently, without noticeable symptoms. Community screenings help remove barriers like access, awareness, and convenience.
Hosting an event helps your community:
Access screenings locally and conveniently
Feel supported and cared for by their organization
Take proactive steps toward better health
Gain early awareness of potential health risks

Preventive screenings tend to draw strong turnout when offered through a trusted local organization.
About AwareWell
AwareWell is a California-based mobile preventive screening service founded to make high-quality early-awareness screenings accessible inside the community — not just inside hospitals.
Every screening is reviewed by a California-licensed physician, every result is delivered through HIPAA-compliant systems, and every event is staffed by trained medical assistants under physician supervision.
We work with faith centers, senior centers, employers, and community organizations across Orange County.
What screenings can be offered
Participants choose from simple screening packages at special community rates.
Screenings may include:

Stroke & aneurysm ultrasound screening

Circulation screening (PAD / ABI)

Heart rhythm check (EKG)

Diabetes risk assessment

Cholesterol test

Kidney function check

Liver function check

Metabolic health check (glucose, electrolytes)
Preventive screenings are non-diagnostic and intended for early awareness. All screening results are reviewed by a licensed clinician and shared in clear, easy-to-understand language. Participants are encouraged to follow up with their primary care provider.

"Every screening result is reviewed by a licensed clinician before it reaches the participant. Our role is to
make sure people leave the event with information they can actually use, and a clear next step they can
take with their doctor."
— Harry S., AwareWell physician
"Heart disease was the leading cause of death in the United States in 2024, accounting for more than
683,000 deaths. Many of these came from conditions that show no symptoms until a major event — making
early awareness especially valuable."
